These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Rapid Links Media LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or
“our”) through our website and AI-powered platforms, including the AI Employee Voice AI service. By engaging our services, you (“Client” or “you”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide AI-powered voice-based and text-based assistant services, including but not limited to: 24/7 voice call handling, Order taking, Appointment booking, Call transcription and summarization, Workflow automation (e.g., follow-ups, reminders) , CRM and communication tool integration. Additional services may be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW).
2. Account and Access
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering or onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials. You agree not to share your login credentials with third parties.
3. Use Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use our services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities; Modify, reverse engineer, or tamper with our software or systems; Attempt to disrupt or compromise system security; Upload or transmit malicious code or content.
4. Payment Terms
Services are billed monthly or as specified in your Client Services Agreement. Payments must be made on time. Late payments may incur fees or service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in writing.
5. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software, tools, models, and materials provided remain the exclusive property of Rapid Links Media LLC. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service solely for your business operations.
6. Privacy and Data Handling
We collect and use customer and end-user data as described in our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your customer data; however, we may process it to deliver services. You are responsible for informing your customers of any data collection if required under law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
7. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all non-public information exchanged during the course of the engagement.
8. Service Availability and Support
We strive to maintain 99% uptime for our services, excluding scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control. Support is available via email or support portal during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9 am–5 pm EST).
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet all your expectations.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Rapid Links Media LLC be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or profits.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may terminate your account by written request, subject to the notice period in your Service Agreement.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
13. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
